We answer every message. Please allow up to 2 business days for a reply. Reports of harmful or objectionable content are handled within 24 hours.
Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and we will email you a reset link. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then email us and tell us the address you signed up with. If you signed up with Google, use the Sign in with Google button rather than a password.
Open the menu, go to Settings → Account Security → Change password, type your new password in both boxes and press Save Password.
Open the menu, go to Settings and choose Delete Account at the bottom. This removes your profile, posts and messages. It cannot be undone. If you cannot reach that screen, email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
Open the menu, go to Settings and turn off Push notifications. You can also turn them off for Flyiest Cities in your phone's own settings.
Open the menu, go to Settings and turn on Private Profile. Only people who follow you will be able to see your page.
Email [email protected] with a link to the post and proof the work is yours. Copyright claims are handled separately from general support.
Email us and include: what you were doing, what happened instead, whether you are on an iPhone, an Android phone or a web browser, and a screenshot if you have one. That detail is usually the difference between a fix today and a fix next week.
